CalWORKs & CalFresh Racial Equity & Implicit Bias Statewide Initiative Information Session
This information session will provide an overview of the Racial Equity and Implicit Bias (REIB) Statewide Initiative, preview free resources, workshops, and learning opportunities, and explain how participants, including community partners, can enroll in sessions.
This is not a self-paced course. This Training Replay contains training materials and resources associated with a live training and is intended to support implementation and continued professional development. A certificate will NOT be provided for review of these materials and resources.
Training Description and Objectives
The Racial Equity and Implicit Bias (REIB) Statewide Initiative is a series of learning programs designed to support a more equitable and inclusive California. REIB Statewide Initiative provides virtual and in-person workshops and learning collaboratives for individuals and organizations that support CalWORKs and CalFresh program participants across all 58 counties in California.
This information session will provide an overview of the REIB Statewide Initiative, preview free resources, workshops, and learning opportunities, and explain how participants, including community partners, can enroll in sessions.
Participants will:
- Receive an overview of the REIB Statewide Initiative, including successes to date.
- Learn about the REIB Statewide Initiative curriculum offerings
- Understand who is eligible and how to enroll in sessions.
