This webinar will provide stakeholders with information on how to effectively implement Motivational Interviewing (MI) as aligned to FFPSA requirements. We will walk through the key decision points and factors that agencies must consider in the development of their implementation and training plan.

• Understand the key decision points required to successfully implement MI in child and family services
• Learn how to tailor an MI training approach to fit their needs
• Learn about MI fidelity tools and monitoring delivery of the service
